Is the product available?
Not yet. This is a pre-launch brand preview. No orders, payments or reservations are being accepted.
Can children use it? Can it warm ears or the abdomen?
These uses have not been validated. Age limits, supervision requirements and permitted body contact will be confirmed for the final model. Campaign images are concepts, not safety guidance.
How long will it stay warm?
Runtime is not confirmed. We will publish tested results for each setting and the relevant test conditions before launch.
Will it charge my phone?
Phone backup power is part of the product concept. Supported connections and output will be listed once the final model has been approved.
Can both functions run simultaneously?
This is not yet confirmed. The final manual will state supported combinations, including whether warming is allowed while the device itself is charging.
What are your shipping and return policies?
Countries, delivery estimates, taxes, return address and applicable consumer rights will be published before checkout is enabled.
Where are the manual and compliance documents?
